Our Russian Blue Kitties

Poppy and Angel are Russian Blue sisters, yet so very different. Poppy (left) is larger than Angel (right) and she’s friendlier with people and new places. Angel is thin and shy of anything new. Poppy loves to go outside and will heel on a leash but Angel does a ‘Houdini’ trick and squeezes out of the harness within a matter of seconds. Angel loves to sing with Debbie when she starts to play the piano with her high pitched chirping sound, Poppy doesn’t seem to appreciate music and ignores it. When we first adopted them Poppy liked to be held but Angel didn’t want to be touched at first. Eventually Angel began to trust us and would come by to let us scratch her chin or ears.
