In June of 2017 Debbie and David became the proud parents to Poppy and Angel, two lovely Russian Blue kittens. We had owned other dogs and cats over the years and felt ready to take on a new challenge. David built a custom catio on the back porch for them to enjoy the outdoors and an enclosed litter box in the garage. We later moved closer to Fort Worth from Granbury Texas so we could be near the grandkids. David built another catio and enclosed litter box, and some other fixtures to accommodate the lifestyle we share and enjoy with our feline friends.

It occurred to us that others might be entertained or otherwise be informed of some techniques used to create an indoor-outdoor environment for healthy and happy cats. We hope you enjoy our new BLOG and look forward to hearing from other cat lovers!
